The Concourse
The Concourse is a performing art, convention and exhibition centre located in Artarmon, New South Wales, on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. The Centre comprises a 1,500-seat theatre, a 500-seat studio theatre, 12 function rooms, an exhibition gallery and an outdoor plaza. The Concourse is managed by Willoughby City Council.
The Venue
The Concourse Theatre is a versatile venue that can be configured to accommodate a variety of events, including musicals, theatre, dance, comedy and cabaret. The Studio Theatre is a black box theatre that can be used for theatre, dance and music performances, as well as conferences and seminars.

Historical Performances
Since opening in 1999, The Concourse has hosted a number of world-renowned performers, including Dame Julie Andrews, David Bowie, Kylie Minogue, Lionel Richie, Sting and Tina Turner. The Centre has also been the venue for many local and international performing arts companies, including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, the Australian Ballet and Opera Australia.
The Concourse has also played host to a number of major events, such as the Sydney Film Festival, the Sydney Writers’ Festival and the Sydney Comedy Festival.
